About Our Department
Douglas County Human Resources is the hub for people, performance, and protection. Our team manages countywide recruitment and hiring, employee and labor relations, job classification, records management, and the development and administration of policies and procedures.
We also coordinate benefits and compensation, staff training, and organizational development. In partnership with departments across the County, HR leads risk management and employee safety efforts to support a safe, compliant, and engaged workforce.
Employees can use eSuite to complete timesheets, review current benefit elections, request employee information changes, view pay stubs, and more.
