Adventure Camp

Fall & Holiday Break Adventure Camp. 



Adventure Camp is in place for those parents that still need the support of child care during the non-school days. Below are all the details associated with camp, which will be held at Minden Elementary School .

Adventure Camp Program Details
· Registration for Fall & Holiday Adventure Camps will open September 1st.

· Adventure Camp will operate from 7:00am-6:00pm Monday-Friday.

· Enrollment cost is $31-35 per child per day.  Please enroll by Wednesday of the week prior to allow for scheduling and planning purposes.

· Current DCPR Youth Activity Registration Packet must be on file prior to enrollment.

· Participants are requested to bring a lunch, water bottle, sunscreen and hat in a single backpack or bag that can be closed completely with a zipper, snap, latch or tie each day. 

· All items from home, including backpack, should be labeled with participants first and last name.

· Participants are asked to leave personal items such as electronic devices, toys, etc. at home.

· Snack will be provided for each child each afternoon.  In cases of allergy or nutritional concern, participants may bring snacks.

· All Recreation Division Youth Program policies and expectations such as Code of Conduct, Late Pick Up, Disciplinary Actions, etc. apply as delineated in the Registration Packet.


Adventure Camp Online Registration

 

Douglas County Recreation now offers three ways to register for Adventure Camp. To get started a DCPR Youth Program & Activity Registration packet must be completed and submitted.

 

You can complete the packet online through pdfFiller link located on this page, download a hard copy, or pick up a hard copy at the Douglas County Community & Senior Center.

 

Once the packet has been submitted online or in person at the Douglas County Community & Senior Center located at 1329 Waterloo Lane you may register for Kids Club & Adventure Camp in one of three ways:

 

1) Onlinehttps://secure.rec1.com/NV/douglas-county-nv/catalog then click on DCCSC Activities tab and select the Adventure Camp that you wish to enroll in online.

Please allow at least 24 hours after submitting your online DCPR Youth Program & Activity Registration packet to ensure your household account online registration access has been activated.

2) In person at the Douglas County Community & Senior Center located at 1329 Waterloo Lane -
