Kids Club is Douglas County Recreation's before and after-school care program.
IMPORTANT KIDS CLUB ANNOUNCEMENT
A 24/25 SY Kids Club/Adventure Camp Registration Packet must be submitted to the Registration Desk at the Community Center or completed online through pdffiller at least 48 hours prior to registration.
Online Registration: Opens on Saturday, July 13th @ 8:00AM. To register online, a 24/25 SY Kids Club Packet must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to ensure your account has been activated to allow Online Registration. When you register online for the 24/25 SY, you will only be allowed to register for the month of August.
Once you are registered for August, our staff will enroll your child(ren) for the rest of the school year and set up Auto-Pay with the credit card you provided.
In Person Registration: For those that do not want to register online, any remaining spots will be available for In Person Registration as follows:
CC Meneley & Scarselli Elementary School: Monday, July 15th
Gardnerville Elementary School: Tuesday, July 16th
Jacks Valley Elementary School: Wednesday, July 17th
Minden Elementary School: Thursday, July 18th
Pinion Hills Elementary School: Friday, July 19th
Kids Club Online Registration
Douglas County Recreation now offers three ways to register for Kids Club. To get started a DCPR Youth Program & Activity Registration packet must be completed and submitted.
You can complete the packet online through pdfFiller link located on this page, download a hard copy, or pick up a hard copy at the Douglas County Community & Senior Center.
Once the 24/25 SY Registration Packet has been submitted online or in person and your account has been activated for online registration, you may register at the Douglas County Community & Senior Center located at 1329 Waterloo Lane you may register in one of three ways:
1) Online – https://secure.rec1.com/NV/douglas-county-nv/catalog then click on DCCSC Activities tab and select the Kids Club site and AM or PM Program that you wish to enroll in online. Steps to Register Online.
Please allow at least 24 hours after submitting your online DCPR Youth Program & Activity Registration packet to ensure your household account online registration access has been activated.
2) In person at the Douglas County Community & Senior Center located at 1329 Waterloo Lane -

Children enrolled in Kindergarten through 5th grades.
Where:
Kids Club is offered for each of the valley's elementary schools:
CC Meneley* (CCMES), Gardnerville Elementary (GES), Jacks Valley (JVES), Minden Elementary (MES)*, Pinon Hills (PHES)* and Scarselli (SES)
*CC Meneley Elementary School (CCMES) participants who attend Kids Club will be dropped off and picked up by parents at Scarselli Elementary School (SES). AM Kids Club participants will be transported by Kids Club staff in a Douglas County vehicle to CCMES. PM Kids Club CCMES participants will be transported to SES after school by a Douglas County School District bus.
Kids Club sites for the 24/25 SY include GES, JVES, MES, PHES & SES.
When:
AM Program, 7:00 - 8:40 am
PM Program, 3:15 - 6:00 pm, the PM Program includes start time at school dismissal on DCSD scheduled minimum days and PLC early out days.
You can choose our AM Program, PM Program or both depending on your needs. Kids Club is offered each school day and is a monthly program.

In order to register for Kids Club families must enroll in our Auto-Pay system. The Auto-Pay system will ensure prompt payment, but also secures your spot(s) in Kids Club for the entire school year.
* PLEASE NOTE *
A completed registration packet and payment is required prior to enrollment.
AM/PM Kids Club is not offered on non-school days such as holidays, teacher workdays or school breaks.
Kids Club sites are filled on a first-come first-served basis each month and spaces are limited. Early enrollment is encouraged.
