Valley Schools Kids Club
Kids Club is Douglas County Recreation's before- and after-school care program. To register for the current 2024/25 school year (SY) or the upcoming 2025 Summer Break Adventure Camp, please complete the 2024/25 SY DCPR Youth Activity Packet. You can pick up a registration packet at the Douglas County Community & Senior Center or complete it online through pdfFiller at least 48 hours prior to registration.
IMPORTANT KIDS CLUB ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR THE 2025/26 SCHOOL YEAR
2025/26 SY DCPR Youth Activity Packet will be available online or in person at the Douglas County Community & Senior Center starting July 1, 2025.
Online Registration: Opens on Tuesday, July 15th at 8:00 AM. To register online, a 2025/26 SY DCPR Youth Activity Packet must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance to ensure your account is activated for online registration. When you register for the 2025/26 SY, you will only be able to register for the month of August.
Once you are registered for August, our staff will automatically enroll your child(ren) for the rest of the school year and set up Auto-Pay with the credit card you provided. Your credit card will then be charged on the 20th of each month, prior to the start of the new month.

How To Register:
Douglas County Recreation now offers three ways to register for Kids Club. To get started, a 2025/26 SY DCPR Youth Activity Packet must be completed and submitted.
You can complete the packet online through the pdfFiller link on this page, download a hard copy, or pick one up at the Douglas County Community & Senior Center.
Once the 2024/25 SY Registration Packet has been submitted online or in person and your account has been activated for online registration, you may register at the Douglas County Community & Senior Center, located at 1329 Waterloo Lane, using one of the following methods:

Online – Visit https://secure.rec1.com/NV/douglas-county-nv/catalog, click on the DCCSC Activities tab, and select the Kids Club site and AM or PM program that you wish to enroll in. Please allow at least 24 hours after submitting your online DCPR Youth Program & Activity Registration Packet for your online registration access to be activated.

Kids Club is offered at the valley's elementary schools:
Note: CC Meneley Elementary School (CCMES) participants will be dropped off and picked up at Scarselli Elementary School (SES). AM Kids Club participants will be transported by Kids Club staff in a Douglas County vehicle to CCMES. PM Kids Club participants at CCMES will be transported to SES after school by a Douglas County School District bus.
Kids Club sites for the 2025/26 SY include GES, JVES, MES, PHES, and SES.

AM Program: 7:00 AM - 8:40 AM

PM Program: 3:15 PM - 6:00 PM (PM Program includes start times at school dismissal on DCSD scheduled minimum days and PLC early out days).
You can choose the AM Program, PM Program, or both, depending on your needs. Kids Club is offered every school day as a monthly program.
Cost:
The monthly fee varies based on the number of school days in the month.
Fees are based on the number of school days in the month. To register for Kids Club, families must enroll in the Auto-Pay system. The Auto-Pay system ensures prompt payment and secures your spot(s) in Kids Club for the entire school year.
PLEASE NOTE:
A completed registration packet and payment are required prior to enrollment.
AM/PM Kids Club is not offered on non-school days such as holidays, teacher workdays, or school breaks.
Kids Club sites are filled on a first-come, first-served basis each month, and spaces are limited. Early enrollment is encouraged.
