Who We Are

Douglas County Community Health (DCCH) focuses on providing residents with health and wellness services and education. It is our goal to provide our community with medical services to relieve suffering and restore health.

Douglas County Community Health staff includes an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), a Registered Nurse (RN), (BSN), and other clinical staff.

Who We're For

Our fees are based on a sliding fee scale. Any person, regardless of income, can afford our services. At Douglas County Community Health, we will make sure you receive the care you need, even if you can't pay.

We accept most major insurances, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Hometown Health, Medicaid, Prominence, Nevada Check-Up, PEBP, and many other private insurance plans.

  • Annual Well-Woman Exams, Pap Smear, Breast Exam, Mammogram Referrals

  • STD and HIV prevention Education and Counseling

  • Testing and Treatment

  • Communicable Disease Prevention and Treatment

  • Family Planning/Birth Control

  • Health Education

  • Well-Child Examinations and Healthy Kid Screenings

  • Tuberculosis Screening and Education

Douglas County Community Health provides services that are mandated by state law and funded by tax dollars and state/federal grants.
